Only open for lunch, this small family bar and gastronomia offers two rooms as a trattoria for local families and workers, including the town’s priest. The place is full every day and jokes told in a pure Tuscan dialect are thrown across the tables covered with iconic red and white checked cloths (not chosen to attract the tourists). The original decor from the ’60s includes wood paneling and the first ‘sala’ has a TV constantly on in the background. Local, simple food is cooked up and served by the Tremoto family.
